You found it…your next home. Now what? The ‘Contract.’ Not all properties are created equal and neither should your offer. As REALTORS in British Columbia we have some Standard sections to our Contract of Purchase and Sale to acquire property but as Individual REALTORS we adjust and write your offer with terms and conditions that best to suit your buying needs. We make sure your offer is written to reflect the type of home and property you are looking to purchase. A condo purchase is not going to be written the same way as an acreage; so leave the offer writing and details to us!

Now that we know your dreams….leave it to us to find it. With access to all types of properties through our cooperative Multiple Listing Service as well as our REMAX LifeStyles office listings, we have to tools and knowledge to really narrow down what you are looking for. Our team will take care of all the leg work, narrow down specific homes that fit your criteria, complete preliminary due diligence and coordinate access to homes for you to view.
